WHO WE ARE

We are coffee geeks who love the neighborhood... a lot.  We also love great coffee a lot and so we tinker with our equipment (Siphon brewers, PID controllers, SSR upgrades and Mater switches...) and recipes (roast profiles, coffee yield ratios, extraction techniques).  A lot of this stuff is only noticed behind the counter, but the effort results in serving a remarkably better cup of coffee.  Our coffee community is the emergent sum of these working parts.
